Job Description
- Tele-Sales Candidate RequirementsEducation: 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer calling preferred
- Language: Hindi + English; Punjabi preferred
- Communication: Good speaking and convincing skills
- Sales Skills: Lead follow-up, product explanation, objection handling, and closing
- Computer Skills: Basic MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM/data entry
- Target: Comfortable working with monthly sales targets
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain SmartEdge products such as Interactive Panels, Digital Boards, Broadcasting Systems, etc.
- Location: Bathinda / as per office requirement
- Salary: Fixed salary + attractive sales incentives
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key qualities: Confident, energetic, polite, target-oriented, and good at follow-up.
