Genral Insurance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Insurance Manager to independently manage the insurance business of our Bhavnagar branch. The candidate will be responsible for business development, team handling, customer relationships, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

*     Manage the overall General Insurance business of the Bhavnagar branch.

*    Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.

*    Lead, manage, and motivate the insurance sales team.

*    Generate new business through direct sales, dealers, channel partners, and referrals.

*    Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

*    Monitor leads, conversions, renewals, policy issuance, and customer servicing.

*    Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and other requirements.

*    Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

*    Conduct regular team reviews and improve team productivity.

*    Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for branch growth.

*    Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable IRDAI guidelines.

Skill Required

*   Good knowledge of Motor Insurance and other General Insurance products.

*   Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

*   Experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

*   Good knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.

*   Strong customer and relationship management skills.
