Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property_0412_0818_1074086
- Source new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market channels, referrals, DSAs, and connectors.
- Achieve assigned business, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, property consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand financial requirements and offer suitable LAP solutions.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely documentation, verification, and disbursement of loans.
- Maintain portfolio quality and adhere to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Generate cross-sell opportunities for Insurance, CASA, and other banking products.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
- Deliver superior customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, Business Loans, Banking Sales, or NBFC sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of secured lending products and lending processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
