Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support core recruitment activities in our HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition and candidate management, giving interns exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Support onboarding documentation for selected candidates
- Assist in improving candidate experience and recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Completed a degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination
