लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर (Lathe Machine Operator)

👤 पात्रता
- लिंग: पुरुष
- आयु: 18–40 वर्ष
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं / 12वीं / ITI
- अनुभव: न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष
- शिफ्ट: 12 घंटे – Day / Night
- वेतन: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 प्रति माह
- (अनुभव एवं कौशल के अनुसार)
🔧 आवश्यक तकनीकी कौशल
उम्मीदवार को निम्न मशीनों के संचालन का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान होना चाहिए:
- Lathe Machine Operation
- Surface Grinder Operation
- Bench Grinder Operation
- Drill Machine Operation
- विभिन्न Measuring Instruments का बेसिक ज्ञान
- Engineering Drawing एवं Basic Dimension/Measurement की समझ
🛠️ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- लेथ एवं अन्य मशीनों का सुरक्षित एवं कुशल संचालन करना।
- दिए गए Drawing, Dimensions एवं Process Requirements के अनुसार जॉब तैयार करना।
- मशीन की आवश्यक Setting एवं Tool Adjustment करना।
- तैयार जॉब के Dimensions एवं Visual Quality की जाँच करना।
- Measuring Instruments का सही तरीके से उपयोग करना।
- मशीन एवं Cutting Tools की स्थिति की निगरानी करना।
- मशीन में किसी भी असामान्यता या खराबी की सूचना Supervisor को देना।
- निर्धारित Production एवं Quality Requirements का पालन करना।
- कार्यस्थल पर Safety Rules एवं Housekeeping/5S का पालन करना।
📌 वांछित उम्मीदवार
- कम से कम 1 वर्ष का संबंधित औद्योगिक अनुभव।
- Lathe, Surface Grinder, Bench Grinder एवं Drill Machine पर कार्य करने का अनुभव।
- Quality एवं dimensional accuracy के प्रति जागरूक।
- 12 घंटे की Day/Night Shift में कार्य करने के लिए तैयार।
