- Conduct property/site visits with customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and available offers.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily customer and lead records.
- Build relationships with customers, brokers and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs and promotional activities.
- Support the company in expanding its real estate agent network.
