Machine Operator (Wire Enameling)

Company: Harman Bawa Pvt. Ltd.

 Location: Delhi/NCR (Travel to customer factories required)

 Experience: 0–3 years in industrial machine operation, preferably wire enameling

 Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related field

Job Responsibilities

• Learn to operate different types of wire enameling machines.
• Understand wire enamel application, machine settings and process parameters.
• Assist in conducting enamel trials at customer factories.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine operation and enamel application issues.
• Maintain records of machine settings, trial results and observations.
• Gradually develop the ability to provide technical support and train customer operators.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic experience in operating industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in hands-on technical work and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers.
• Willingness to travel and undergo practical training at customer factories.

Training: Practical training on wire enameling machines will be provided at customer manufacturing facilities.
