📍 Location: Khushkhera, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

🔹 Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) for plastic and steel kitchenware.

- Develop products based on market trends, customer requirements and competitor analysis.

- Manage product development from Concept → Design → Prototype → Tooling → Trials → Testing → Costing → Mass Production.

- Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase, Marketing and Vendors.

- Handle injection moulds, dies, fixtures and other tooling.

- Manage plastic injection moulding and sheet-metal/steel manufacturing processes.

- Work with materials such as PP, HDPE, ABS, SS and MS.

- Review 2D/3D drawings, BOMs, specifications and product designs.

- Drive DFM/DFA, VA/VE and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Manage T0/T1/T2 trials, prototype development and product validation.

- Ensure products meet required quality, functionality, aesthetics, cost and timelines.

- Develop and manage suitable vendors for tooling, components and manufacturing.

- Ensure smooth transfer of new products from NPD to mass production.

- Lead and mentor the NPD/Product Development team.

🔹 Required Skills

- Strong experience in NPD/Product Development.

- Good knowledge of Injection Moulding & Sheet Metal processes.

- Experience in Tooling, Product Costing, Vendor Development and Product Trials.

- Ability to understand 2D/3D drawings and BOMs.

- Strong team management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
