Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mould Die Fitter with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection mould fitting, maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Mould dismantling, fitting, assembly and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting mould defects such as flash, mismatch and ejection problems.
  • Work on core, cavity, ejector system, guide pillars, bushes and other mould components.
  • Perform grinding, filing, polishing, drilling and fitting work.
  • Check mould alignment and dimensional accuracy.
  • Handle preventive and breakdown mould maintenance.
  • Ensure moulds are properly maintained and ready for production.
