Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Regional Contractor Associate (RCA) to manage and develop relationships with contractors/painters. The role involves contractor profiling, training, site visits, product promotion, technical assistance and increasing business engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, profile and maintain contractor records.
• Enroll contractors in training programs and evaluate their performance.
• Promote new products and ensure proper product usage.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, painters and dealers.
• Drive contractor engagement and business growth.
• Conduct site evaluations and provide on-site assistance.
• Ensure contractors meet required standards and upgrade through the tier system.
• Coordinate with the sales/retail team for business activities.
• Maintain regular reports using MS Office.

Eligibility:

• Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
• Engineers will not be considered.
• MBA Marketing is preferred.
• Freshers are eligible.
• 0.5–1 year relevant experience is an advantage.
• Age: Below 25 years.
• Good communication and convincing/selling skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi; regional language is an advantage.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Important Requirement:

🏍️ Candidate must own a bike as the role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory.
