Store Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage store operations at our plastic injection moulding manufacturing plant. The candidate must have hands-on experience in inventory management, plastic raw materials, masterbatch, pigments, spare parts and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and inventory control.
• Handle plastic raw materials, masterbatch, pigments, spare parts and consumable items.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for stock management.
• Manage GRN, MRN, material issue/return, stock transfers and gate passes.
• Prepare and maintain material shortage/excess reports.
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts departments.
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Use MS Excel, Word and Email for inventory reporting and communication.
• Follow 5S practices and implement inventory reduction measures.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in stores management at a manufacturing plant, preferably in plastic injection moulding.
• Strong knowledge of plastic raw materials, masterbatch and pigments.
• Practical experience in inventory control and store documentation.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation and material movement.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Knowledge of BG and 5S practices.
• Strong coordination and stock management skills.
