Job Description
1. Handle daily accounting operations independently in Tally Prime.
2. Manage Purchase, Sales, Debit Notes, Credit Notes and Journal Entries.
3. Prepare GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B Reconciliation.
4. Handle GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
5. Prepare TDS workings and coordinate statutory compliance.
6. Manage Bank Reconciliation, Receivables, Payables and Vendor Ledger Reconciliation.
7. Maintain Manufacturing, Inventory, Raw Material and Finished Goods Accounting.
8. Handle E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills and related documentation.
9. Prepare Monthly MIS Reports, Profit & Loss statements and outstanding reports.
10. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits, GST notices and annual finalisation.
