Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain proper records.
- Work on Tally / Tally Prime for sales, purchase, receipt, payment and other accounting entries.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Handle basic bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries.
- Maintain data and reports in MS Excel.
- Perform computer/data entry work and maintain office records.
- Prepare and update sales, purchase, expense and outstanding reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of bills and accounts.
- Assist with GST-related accounting data and documentation.
- Coordinate with management for routine accounts and computer-related work.
