Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Control Panel Design Engineer

Education: Diploma/B.E Electrical Engineer

Experience: 0- 5years

Timing: 9:30am - 6:00pm

Salary: Depends on Interview

Week off: Sunday fix off


Key Responsibilities


Drawing & Design: Create 2D/3D electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), power/control circuit diagrams, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.

Panel Layout: Design layouts, busbar routing, and component placements for PCC, MCC, APFC, and PLC/automation panels.

Component Selection & BOM: Select switchgear (MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays), meters, cables, and busbars based on load and specifications, and prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Calculations & Standards: Perform load calculations, short-circuit calculations, and cable/busbar sizing according to electrical safety standards (IEC/IS/IEEE).

Execution & Testing: Coordinate with the shop floor assembly team during panel wiring and fabrication, support testing (FAT), and resolve design issues.
