Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Vehicle Requirement: Personal vehicle required for daily commute due to warehouse location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management & ERP/SAP Compliance

Manage day-to-day inventory transactions for all inbound and outbound materials.

Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and in real time in the ERP/SAP system.

Support ERP implementation and ensure proper adoption of digital inventory processes at the warehouse/shop-floor level.

Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.

Verify materials received from suppliers against relevant documents and system records.

Ensure proper identification, storage, handling, and recording of materials.

Maintain accurate batch-wise/product-wise inventory tracking.

2. Warehouse Operations & Stock Movement Control

Ensure strict adherence to warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure no physical movement of material takes place without proper system entry, documentation, and gate pass.

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inbound, outbound, and inter-warehouse stock transfers.

Maintain stock registers and all relevant inventory documentation.

Ensure proper floor discipline and systematic material movement within the warehouse.

3. Stock Audit & Reconciliation

Conduct regular physical stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory verification.

Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system stock records.

Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, or incorrect system entries.

Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring discrepancies.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory-related issues.

4. Inventory Reporting & Analysis

Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports/MIS for management.

Monitor inventory KPIs and highlight major stock variances or operational issues.

Track stock ageing, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.

Monitor material damages, losses, shortages, and returns.

Support management with inventory data and analysis for better stock planning and cost control.

Analyze shipment schedules, consumption patterns, and sales trends to support inventory planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in Inventory Control / Warehouse Management / Store Operations / Stock Management preferred.

Working knowledge of ERP/SAP or other inventory management software.

Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory documentation.
