Job Description

Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator

We are a multinational engineering and construction organization seeking an experienced Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator for our Bhiwandi (Thane, Mumbai) facility. The role will manage timely and cost-effective procurement for façade projects across India.


Responsibilities include sourcing Aluminium extrusions, metal sheets, stainless steel, mild steel, brackets, anchors, fasteners, glass, sealants and other façade materials. Duties include quotation evaluation, purchase orders, negotiation skills, supplier follow-up, logistics coordination and inventory management.

The role will also coordinate local and international procurement, including overseas suppliers, import/ export cordination with freight forwarders.


The candidate will work closely with Estimation, Design, Projects, Production, Quality, Finance and Logistics teams and monitor purchase orders, deliveries, inventory and supplier performance.
