Location: Bhopal, M.P

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete accounting cycle of our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Vyapar software, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and taxation. This is a full-time position requiring strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: · Handle end-to-end accounting operations of the company.

·        Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.

·        Manage and update accounts using Vyapar software on a daily basis.

·        Perform Bank Reconciliation, manage ledgers, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

·        Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per timelines.

·        Support in preparation of P&L Statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS Reports for management review.

·        Monitor outstanding payments and maintain proper records of receivables & payables.

·        Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounting & compliance matters.

·        Assist in inventory and stock monitoring through accounting records.

·        Perform any additional financial and accounting tasks assigned by management.

Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (Master’s preferred).

·        4–10 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the manufacturing/trading industry).

·        Strong knowledge of Vyapar software and MS Excel.

·        Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

·        Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
