Job Description

Supreme Hospital Furniture is looking for an experienced GeM Executive / Tender Executive with practical knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, government e-tenders, bid preparation and online tender submission.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government tender processes, preparing bid documents and managing tender deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

- Search, identify, track and manage relevant government tenders and bids.

- Handle Madhya Pradesh (MP) government tenders and e-tender portals.

- Prepare and submit online bids, quotations and tender applications.

- Prepare and manage technical bids, financial bids and supporting documents.

- Check tender eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and submission requirements.

- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids.

- Coordinate with internal departments to collect the required documents and approvals.

- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, quotations and related documents.

- Follow up on tender status, results and other portal-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in GeM, government tenders or e-tendering.

- Practical knowledge of GeM portal operations and online bid submission.

- Experience in MP government tenders and e-tender portals will be preferred.

- Knowledge of technical and financial bid documentation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and computer operations.

- Strong documentation, coordination and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet submission deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in GeM Portal, MP e-Tenders, Government Bid Submission, Tender Documentation and Government Department Projects will be given preference.

Experience in medical equipment, hospital furniture, healthcare supplies or government procurement will be an added advantage.
