Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our loan resolution services, handling customer queries, and following up with interested customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers.
  • Explain the company's loan resolution services.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide basic information about the services.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain calling records.
  • Coordinate with the team to manage customer inquiries.
  • Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service.
