EdunodeX is hiring freelance Education Video Creators! 🚀

We are creating high-quality, concept-based video lessons for Classes 1–12 for schools following the Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan State Board curricula.

We’re looking for people who can handle the complete video lesson production process — from educational content creation to the final edited video.

🎬 What You’ll Do

You will take a textbook topic and turn it into a complete, engaging, ready-to-use educational video lesson.

Your work will include:

• Understanding the prescribed MP Board / Rajasthan Board (RBSE) curriculum and textbooks
• Researching and developing accurate, age-appropriate educational content
• Writing lesson scripts, explanations, examples, and narration
• Designing the visual flow and storytelling of each lesson
• Creating AI-generated visuals, animations, scenes, and video assets using tools such as Google Flow, Runway, or similar Gen-AI tools
• Recording or generating appropriate voiceovers/narration
• Editing and assembling the complete video
• Adding text, graphics, animations, transitions, music, sound effects, and subtitles
• Applying appropriate visual consistency, pacing, and basic color/audio correction
• Reviewing the final video for educational accuracy, language, audio, visuals, and overall quality
• Delivering a final, polished, publish-ready video lesson

📚 Subjects & Grades

Classes 1–12 | MP Board & Rajasthan Board

We are looking for creators across subjects such as:

Mathematics · Science · Social Science · English · Hindi · Sanskrit · EVS · Computer Science · Commerce · General Knowledge · Other K–12 Subjects

👩‍🏫 Who We’re Looking For

You could be a:

• Teacher or educator
• Subject-matter expert
• Educational content creator
• Instructional designer
• Video creator with strong educational content skills
• Teacher/content creator with AI video production experience

✅ Requirements

You should be able to independently handle BOTH:

1. Educational Content Creation

• Strong understanding of your subject and K–12 pedagogy
• Ability to convert textbook chapters into clear, engaging lesson scripts
• Understanding of MP Board and/or Rajasthan Board curriculum
• Excellent Hindi and/or English communication skills
• Ability to explain concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner

2. Video Production & Editing

• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Google Flow, Runway, or similar
• Ability to create and integrate AI-generated visuals
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, graphics, animation, audio, and subtitles
• Ability to take a script/concept and independently deliver a finished, polished video

⭐ Preferred Experience creating educational videos or digital learning content

• Experience with Hindi-medium or bilingual educational content
• Familiarity with MP Board or Rajasthan Board textbooks
• Experience using Gen-AI tools for video production
• Strong visual storytelling skills

💰 Compensation

Freelance | Paid per completed video lesson / project

Compensation will depend on the grade, subject, lesson duration, complexity, and production requirements.
