💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

🔹 About the RoleKONNBOT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and confident Architect who can manage architectural design along with direct client interaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and the confidence to understand client requirements, conduct meetings, present design concepts, and provide suitable architectural solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities• Meet clients personally to understand their requirements, preferences, and project expectations.

• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations.

• Handle client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Understand client requirements and explain architectural and construction solutions clearly.

• Present design ideas and project solutions confidently to clients.

• Prepare and present architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design proposals.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams.

• Visit project sites whenever required for design coordination and client discussions.

• Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to the execution team.

• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project for smooth execution and communication.

🔹 Candidate Requirements✅ 3+ years of relevant experience as an Architect is mandatory.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong client-handling and convincing skills.

✅ Comfortable attending client meetings and site visits.

✅ Confident in presenting and explaining design concepts.

✅ Good understanding of architectural design and construction processes.

✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software will be preferred.

✅ Professional attitude with strong coordination and negotiation skills.
