ABOUT THE COMPANY
Prosparity is a growing organization working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and a wide network of authorized dealers. We support OEM partners by managing the supply, distribution, and after-sales support of their products through our dealer network.
Our Backend Operations team is the backbone of this process. It ensures dealer orders, invoices, documentation, and OEM coordination are handled accurately and on time, so that our dealers and OEM partners can rely on us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a fresher to join our Backend Operations team. You will handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, and process support to keep our business running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and Excel sheets
- Process dealer orders and requests within the given timelines
- Coordinate with OEM and dealer teams on order status, dispatch, invoicing, and claims
- Verify dealer and OEM documents and records for correctness
- Maintain and update dealer records, price lists, and OEM schemes in the system
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve process-related queries
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Maintain proper records and files
- Follow company procedures and confidentiality guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn
