Position: Customer Support Executive (Chat/Voice process)
📍 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

*Job Responsibilities:*
Handle incoming customer queries through chat and Voice
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills:
Good command of English (written and verbal).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Salary and benefits: ₹15,000 CTC In hand 11K - fresher, 14K - Experience
