Job Description
Process and update credit card application data accurately.
🔍 Verify customer details and required documents.
💻 Enter and maintain customer/application data in internal systems.
📊 Prepare and update daily MIS and Excel reports.
📞 Coordinate with sales/branch teams for missing or incorrect information.
🔄 Track application status from login to further processing.
🗂️ Maintain proper records of applications and documents.
⚠️ Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
🔐 Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
🎯 Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned processing work.
