Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, explaining the company's loan resolution services, collecting necessary information, and coordinating with the office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their given locations.
- Explain the company's loan resolution and settlement-related services.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries and requirements.
- Collect and verify relevant customer documents, as authorized.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the office team for case updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Two-wheeler will be preferred, if required for the role.
