Job Description
Field Sales Executive - AosbineX
AosbineX is looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software and business/IT services to clinics, hospitals, gyms and other local businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Visit potential clients and meet business owners/decision makers.
• Explain AosbineX software and services clearly to clients.
• Generate new leads through field visits and direct meetings.
• Arrange product demos/meetings when required.
• Follow up with interested clients and understand their requirements.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales/deals.
• Maintain proper follow-up and basic reporting of daily field visits.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi required; Basic English required.
• Candidate must have own Two-Wheeler and valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
• Comfortable with travelling locally for client meetings.
Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
• Performance-based sales incentives; average earning opportunity approx. ₹5,000/month in incentives.
• Petrol reimbursement: ₹2/km for approved official field visits.
