Job Description

  • Play Zone Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day play zone operations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
  • Supervise and manage play zone staff and caretakers.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure proper entry, exit, bookings, and membership management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Regularly inspect play equipment for safety and damage.
  • Coordinate birthday parties, events, and special activities.
  • Support sales, membership, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Maintain daily sales and operational records.
  • Coordinate with the Café, Reception, Housekeeping, and Management teams.
  • Ensure company SOPs, policies, and operational standards are followed.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and follow safety procedures.
