Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and housekeeping operations across the outlet.

Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, including daily duty allocation and shift planning.

Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, washrooms, kitchen support areas, staff areas, entrance, and other assigned spaces.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet the required cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

Ensure timely cleaning of tables, floors, glass, doors, windows, washrooms, and common areas.

Maintain adequate stock of cleaning chemicals, consumables, tissues, garbage bags, and housekeeping supplies.

Monitor proper use of cleaning materials and minimize wastage and unnecessary consumption.

Ensure proper waste segregation, collection, and disposal as per company standards.

Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety, and SOPs.

Coordinate with the Café Manager and F&B team to address cleanliness requirements and operational issues.

Immediately report any maintenance, hygiene, safety, or facility-related concerns to the concerned manager.

Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and required cleaning and inventory reports.

Ensure all guest-facing areas are clean, organized, fresh, and ready for service throughout operating hours.

Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day housekeeping function and ensure consistent standards across the outlet.
