Job Description
- Lead and manage all legal processes related to SARFAESI Act enforcement, including issuance of notices to possession.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and authorized officers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as demand notices, possession notices etc.
- Liaise with local authorities, police, and district administration for smooth execution of enforcement actions.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings before DRT, DRAT, and other relevant forums.
- Maintain accurate records of enforcement actions, expenses, and case progress for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide legal guidance to management and operational teams on SARFAESI-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and minimize litigation risks by proactive case management.
