Job Description
Dear Team,
Kindly find below the responsibility as Logistic Incharge:
1. Transportation Coordination: Plan delivery routes and select transport methods.
2. Shipment Tracking: Monitor goods in real time, fix delivery delays, and update clients.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Support: Check stock levels, supervise dispatch and receiving, and update records.
4. Documentation: Prepare shipping manifests, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
5. Vendor Management: Negotiate freight rates and build relationships with transport providers and suppliers.
6. MIS Management: Record daily pickups and unloading activities in the software.
