💼 Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms and field activities.

Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.

Explain company projects, properties, pricing and available offers to customers.

Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings/sales.

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.

Coordinate with customers during the booking and documentation process.

Maintain daily sales and lead follow-up reports.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with brokers/channel partners and other business associates when required.

🎯 Candidate Profile

Fresher candidates are welcome.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp/Internet preferred.

Good convincing and negotiation skills will be an advantage.

Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentive: ₹2,000 per successful unit/booking
