Zetbasket is looking for an energetic and responsible Hyperlocal Operations Executive to manage daily operations, seller coordination, order fulfilment and last-mile delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and coordinate with local sellers and shopkeepers

• Manage daily orders, inventory availability and fulfilment

• Coordinate with delivery partners for timely deliveries

• Monitor order status and resolve operational issues

• Maintain seller, order and delivery performance reports

• Handle customer and merchant concerns professionally

• Conduct regular market and seller visits

• Help expand Zetbasket’s hyperlocal network across Bhopal

• Ensure service quality and operational compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• Understanding of hyperlocal delivery or e-commerce operations

• Ability to handle field and office responsibilities

• Problem-solving and team-management skills

• Candidates with experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, grocery delivery or last-mile operations will be preferred

• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 1–3 years; capable freshers may also apply

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
