Job Description
OPERATIONS MANAGER – THE VINCENT INN
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen and Banquet operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.
- Drive room, F&B and banquet revenue through sales and marketing activities.
- Handle corporate, banquet and business enquiries and follow-ups.
- Monitor costs, inventory, wastage and operational efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of hotel SOPs, safety, hygiene and management policies.
- Prepare and review daily operational and revenue reports.
- Report operational issues and performance directly to management.
Requirements: Hotel Management graduate/diploma with relevant hotel operations experience, strong leadership, communication, sales and problem-solving skills.
