Job Description
- Handle residential and commercial property leads
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Generate leads through calls, references, portals and networking
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers
- Coordinate documentation, token, agreement and registration processes
- Maintain regular follow-up until deal closure
- Build relationships with property owners, investors and builders
- Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets
- Maintain proper records of leads and clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market
- Existing network of property owners/buyers is a major advantage
- Proven track record of closing property deals
- Comfortable with field visits
- Good follow-up and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and registration
- Smartphone/WhatsApp and CRM proficiency
