Job Description
- Booking Management: Process room or service reservations received via phone, email, fax, or online travel agencies
- Inventory & Revenue Control: Monitor room availability, manage room blocks for groups or VIPs, and support yield and pricing updates.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding room types, rates, amenities, guarantees, and cancellation policies.
- Up-Selling & Sales: Promote special packages, seasonal offers, and add-on services to maximize property or company revenue.
- Coordination & Billing: Set up proper guest/corporate billing accounts, handle advance deposits, and sync with front office or operations teams
