Job Description – Sales Executive Company: Growth Addicted Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Sales Executive

Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage company-provided leads, connect with prospects, counsel them about our products/courses, and drive customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Calling

• Handle and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Complete a minimum of 3 hours of calling per day.
• Understand prospect requirements and maintain regular communication.

2. Product Counselling

• Explain Growth Addicted's courses/products, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Handle queries and objections professionally.

3. Sales & Conversion

• Build relationships with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Work towards assigned sales targets after completing probation.
• Sales are mandatory after the 3-month probation period.

4. Follow-Up & Relationship Management

• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Maintain professional relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Track leads until conversion or closure.

5. CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate lead, calling, and follow-up records.
• Update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.
• Submit required daily and weekly performance reports.
• Probation & Incentive Structure First 3 Months: Probation period with a focus on calling, lead management, counselling, and follow-ups. Minimum 3 hours of calling per day.
• After Probation: Sales and conversion become a mandatory part of the role.
• Incentives: Performance-based incentive will be provided for every successful sale after probation.
• Requirements Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and comfortable with calling.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Prior experience in sales, tele calling or counselling, is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: As per company structure and experience

Incentives: Additional incentive on every successful sale after probation
