Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Retail | Furniture | Home Decor
📍 Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate products and explain their features, quality, pricing, and benefits
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales and achieve sales targets
- Maintain complete knowledge of products available on the assigned floor
- Specialize in the products and categories of your assigned floor
- Maintain floor cleanliness, product arrangement, and visual merchandising
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, organized, and priced
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with customers when required to close sales
- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and delivery teams for smooth customer service
- Monitor stock availability and report damaged or missing products
- Ensure products are returned to their designated places after customer interactions
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Support the team in achieving overall showroom sales targets
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
- Experience in furniture, home decor, or lifestyle retail will be an added advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong product-learning and convincing abilities
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, and presentable
- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- Leave: 2 leaves per month
- Weekly Off: No fixed weekly off
