Job Description
Right Recruitments is hiring Sales Managers for leading life insurance companies in Bhopal.
What the job actually is - you build and run your own team of insurance advisors. You recruit them from your own area and network, get them licensed with IRDAI, train them on the products, and go on joint field calls to help them close their first cases. Your monthly business target is delivered through your advisor team, not by selling alone.
Key responsibilities
Recruit insurance advisors from your local network and market
Complete their IRDAI licensing and product training
Conduct joint field calls and support first case closures
Keep the advisor team active month after month
Deliver the monthly premium target through the team
Maintain persistency and service the existing book
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, any sector
Graduate in any discipline
Currently based in Bhopal, with a local network
Comfortable with daily field visits
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
Good spoken Hindi
Prior experience in insurance, banking, NBFC or any financial product sales is preferred, but candidates from other sales backgrounds who are willing to recruit and lead a team are welcome.
Compensation - fixed salary up to Rs 3 lakh per annum, plus performance incentive. Incentive is paid over and above the fixed salary.
