Job Summary

D K Enterprises is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to join our team in Bhopal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving performance, and ensuring the team achieves its targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to perform at their highest potential.
• Sales Generation: Drive sales strategies and ensure the assigned team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly sales targets, assess team performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new team members and provide regular training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Reporting: Prepare and present daily activity reports, team attendance, and sales metrics to management.
• Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer queries or operational roadblocks faced by team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, team handling, or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team execution.
• Ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office/Excel for tracking and reporting.
