Job Description: Service and Operations Technician

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Service and Operations Technician with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering. In this role, you will be the "boots on the ground," ensuring our equipment stays operational while managing the critical final stage of our supply chain: material packaging.

This is a perfect fit for a proactive individual who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues but also understands the importance of logistics and product safety.

Key Responsibilities

 * Servicing & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.

 * Technical Repair: Diagnose faults and carry out electrical, mechanical, or electronic repairs as needed.

 * Material Packaging: Oversee and execute the secure packaging of finished goods/parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and are protected for transit.

 * Inventory Coordination: Monitor spare parts inventory and packaging materials, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.

 * Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to industrial safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Skills

| Education | ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. |

| Experience | 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or service-oriented environment (Freshers with strong practical skills may apply). |

| Technical Knowledge | Ability to read technical drawings, circuit diagrams, or manuals. |

| Tool Handling | Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments (Multimeters, Vernier calipers, etc.). |

| Physical Stamina | Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and managing packaging workflows. |

Soft Skills

 * Problem-Solving: A "find-a-way" attitude when faced with equipment breakdowns.

 * Attention to Detail: Ensuring every package is labeled correctly and every bolt is tightened.

 * Reliability: Punctuality and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
