Shift Supervisor

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operations during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitoring production targets, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with different departments to achieve operational goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage production activities during the assigned shift.
• Allocate duties and manage manpower effectively.
• Ensure achievement of daily production targets.
• Monitor production processes, machine performance, and downtime.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Production teams.
• Ensure proper usage of raw materials, packaging materials, and other resources.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, wastage, and downtime reports.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Conduct proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.
• Report shift performance and major issues to the Production Manager.
• Preferred SkillsGood team-handling and communication skills.
• Production and manpower management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Basic knowledge of production machinery and processes.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
