Shift: A Shift & B Shift

Shift Timing

• A Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• B Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Work

We are looking for experienced Shift Supervisors who can handle manpower and daily shift work.

The main work will be:

• Daily manpower arrangement for Job Contract and Supply Contract.
• Make sure full manpower is available as required by the department.
• If the department needs more manpower, arrange and increase manpower accordingly.
• Handle any manpower-related problem reported by the department.
• Maintain daily manpower and attendance records.
• Prepare daily manpower report and shift-wise attendance sheet.
• Get the daily sheet checked and signed by the concerned department.
• Keep proper records of all workers and their joining documents.
• Maintain proper ESI, PF and other worker-related documents.
• Keep track of absent workers and arrange replacement manpower when required.
• Coordinate with workers and department for smooth working.
• Make sure there is no manpower shortage in the assigned shift.

Recruitment Incentive

For every new manpower recruited, an incentive of ₹5 per day per manpower will be given, as per company terms.

Candidate Requirement

• Experienced candidates only.
• Fresher candidates are not required.
• Candidate should have experience in manpower handling, labour supply, job contract or industrial manpower management.
• Should be able to manage attendance, manpower reports and worker documents.
• Good communication and coordination with workers and department is required.
