Showroom Sales Executive

Location: MP nagar, Bhopal

Working Hours: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Floor Sales Manager to manage showroom visitors and convert customer enquiries into sales. The candidate will welcome customers, understand their requirements, showcase suitable products, explain product features and options, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

·       Welcome and professionally assist customers visiting the showroom.

·       Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.

·       Showcase and explain Veneer, Louvers, Ceiling, Flooring, Hardware, Wall Coverings, and other interior/exterior products.

·       Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

·       Explain product features, quality, pricing, applications, and available options.

·       Prepare quotations/proposals and communicate pricing clearly.

·       Follow up with customers after showroom visits and quotations.

·       Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into successful sales.

·       Maintain good customer relationships and support repeat business.

·       Keep updated knowledge of products, materials, designs, and new arrivals.

·       Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, availability, and customer requirements.

·       Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, interior products, building materials, or a related field.

·       Good communication and customer-handling skills.

·       Strong sales and convincing abilities.

·       Good product memory and ability to remember product details, features, and pricing.

·       Presentable and confident while interacting with customers.

·       Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

·       Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.

·       Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

·       Basic computer knowledge preferred.

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can confidently handle showroom customers, explain products effectively, build trust, and convert enquiries into sales. Experience with interior, architectural, hardware, flooring, furniture, or building-material products will be an added advantage.
