Job Description
Responsible for providing safe and compassionate patient care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring vital signs and patient condition, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining accurate nursing records and following infection control and patient safety protocols. The nurse shall coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff and ensure proper handover, documentation and compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
