Job Description
Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced State Sales Head to drive sales, business development, and market expansion across the assigned state.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve state-wise sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Develop dealers, distributors, EPC partners, and channel network.
- Generate and close Solar EPC, Rooftop & C&I business.
- Build relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM & MIS.
- Coordinate with technical, project, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely order closure and collections.
- Requirements8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in Solar/Renewable Energy/EPC/Electrical.
- Proven experience in team handling and state/region sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good network in the solar/renewable-energy market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
