Job Description: Team Leader – Consumer Finance (Apple Channel)

As the Team Leader (TL), you will be responsible for overseeing the

Business Facilitators stationed at premium Apple stores and consumer

durable outlets across various locations, including Bhopal, Coimbatore, Kochi,

Lucknow, Nagpur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Vadodara. Your primary goal is

to drive loan disbursement targets while ensuring impeccable service

standards and process compliance.

Role Overview

 Position: Team Leader – Consumer Finance

 Reporting to: Area Sales Manager / Regional Head

 Direct Reports: Business Facilitators (Executives)

 Location Focus: Managing multi-outlet operations within a designated

city/cluster.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Team Management & Performance

 Monitor and drive daily sales targets for Consumer Finance Loans

across all assigned dealership/store locations.

 Conduct daily morning huddles to review "Total Opportunity" vs.

"Onboarded" status and address pipeline gaps.

 Provide on-ground coaching to executives on customer sourcing and

engagement techniques.

2. Relationship Management (B2B)

 Maintain high-level relationships with Apple Store Managers and outlet

owners to ensure smooth coordination for the team.

 Act as the first point of escalation for any issues related to the loan

application process or store-level grievances.

3. Compliance & Quality Control

 Audit loan applications to ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and

strict adherence to bank policies.

 Ensure the team maintains professional conduct and service

excellence, reflecting the premium nature of the Apple brand.

4. Portfolio Health & Cross-Selling

 Monitor delinquency trends and guide the team on effective follow-up

strategies for repayments.

 Drive the team to achieve targets for credit/debit card assistance and

other financial product cross-selling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory);

Post-Graduation/MBA is a plus.

 Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Retail Finance, with at

least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-handling role.

 Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English and

the local language are mandatory to manage both corporate

reporting and store-level interactions.

 Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and "Opportunity

Trackers" to optimize team deployment.

Preferred Attributes

 Strong understanding of the Consumer Durable loan lifecycle.

 Experience in premium retail environments (High-end

electronics/Luxury retail).

 Proven track record in managing field sales teams and meeting

aggressive deadlines.
