Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers and explain the product’s features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs, answer basic queries, and schedule product demos.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Work towards calling, demo booking, and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous telesales or customer-facing experience preferred. Confident freshers are welcome.
