About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels.

The candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing basic project information, following up regularly, and converting interested leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from provided leads.
• Understand customer requirements such as budget, location preference, property type, and purpose of purchase.
• Explain project details, property options, pricing and offers clearly.
• Identify genuine and interested leads and prioritize them.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convince and motivate prospects to schedule a site visit.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until the lead is converted or closed.
• Update customer feedback and call status in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with every customer.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and WhatsApp.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate sales, insurance, banking or similar customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.
