Job Description: Sales and Admissions Counsellor

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Admissions Counsellor to join our team and contribute to the growth of our training courses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify, research, and contact potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Counselling: Provide comprehensive information about our training courses, addressing student inquiries and concerns.
• Admissions: Guide students through the admissions process, including enrollment and payment procedures.
• Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our courses and closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, alumni.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and sales data. Excel knowledge required .

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in the stock market.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
