Job Description

Start as a Financial Advisor and understand the fundamentals of financial planning and life insurance.

Meet prospective clients and understand their financial protection and investment needs.

Provide suitable financial solutions based on customers’ requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Generate business through personal networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Identify and recruit suitable candidates to build a team of Financial Advisors.

Train, guide, motivate, and mentor team members to improve their performance.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team business objectives.

Monitor team performance and support advisors in achieving their targets.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
